Is our data safe, and who can see it?
Each school’s data is kept separate from every other’s and travels encrypted. Parents see only their own children; staff see only what their role allows. We never sell your data or use it for advertising, and you can ask us to correct or delete a record at any time.
We already use another system. Can we bring our data across?
Yes, and this is the part schools dread most, so we made it the easy part. Export your students, classes and parents from your current software, or hand us a spreadsheet, and we bring them in. No re-typing a thousand names by hand. If all you have is a printed roster, a photo of it is enough to get started.
How long does setup actually take?
Most schools get their full data in, themselves, in about two hours. Not a migration project with a timeline and a project manager. An afternoon in the office. We are on the other end of an email the whole time if you get stuck.
We are a small school. Is this overkill?
No. Start with the piece that hurts most, usually admissions or attendance, and ignore the rest until you want it. There is no minimum size and no forced modules.
Our attendance is still on paper. Will this work for us?
Yes, that is exactly who the register photo reading is for. It is still coming, not live yet, so we will not pretend otherwise. When it lands you photograph the page, review what it read, and confirm. You can move to screens later, or never.
Do parents need to install anything?
No install is required. The parent portal opens in any phone browser. Parents sign in and see only their own children.
Do we need to buy GPS trackers for the buses?
No. We do not sell hardware, and you do not fit boxes under your buses. The driver's own phone is the GPS. The dashboard gives each bus a private link, the driver opens it and taps start, and the bus appears on the map for parents. When live tracking ships, that is all there is to it.
How does the admission form get on our website?
You copy one line of code from your dashboard and paste it into your site. The form appears with your name, logo and colours. Submissions arrive in your dashboard instantly.
Can we rename things like classes and sections?
Yes. Grades, wings, houses, whatever your school calls them. Staff levels and teacher roles are renameable too.
What does it cost?
One flat rate per student, every feature included. The pricing page has a slider that shows your exact number, monthly or yearly. Some schools get custom pricing or a discount for their situation, so talk to us if that is you.
